  • EHR Training. Not using your EHR as efficiently as possible? It’s probably time to retrain your providers and staff. We specialize in training on eClinicalWorks and have certified trainers on staff.

  • Membership. We offer these services and more through our Membership program, which gives you access to all our resources, and a yearly pool of service hours you can use for any support from us.

  • Online Learning Platform. We offer a healthcare-specific learning platform so your providers and staff can complete their compliance training for HIPAA, OSHA, workplace standards, and more, and also access 100+ modules tailored for Community Health. You can upload your own training materials to it, too. We do.

  • Strategic Planning. If 3 or more of the services described above sound appealing to you, we might begin by developing a strategy to identify and address all your health center’s needs, across all dimensions. We can run a strategic planning process for you, and offer solutions to help you achieve your strategic goals.

  • Customer Service Strategy and Training. If your reviews on Yelp! and social media are looking grim, and your patients and employees, seem unhappy, it may be time for a Customer Service Strategy. We’ll help you look at all dimensions of customer service at your organization, develop a plan and measures to address, and help you get more of those 5-star reviews.
